Nowadays, people rarely make poached cherries by themselves as it's time consuming. They opt to use preservative cherries for tarts, pies and cakes (e.g. Black Forest Cake). At Le Marron Atelier, you will find products with poached cherries made from fresh B.C. local cherries in French tranditional way. We support local farms "eat fresh; eat healthy".
